Delivery Method:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your donation has cleared stating the registration item(s) you have selected.

Billing Information:

Your credit card will be charged by the Church of the Annunciation using PayPal. The descriptor "PAYPAL *CHURCHANNUN" will appear by the charge on your credit card statement.

Weather:

In the event of inclement weather that prevents play from beginning, a rain-date will be announced the morning of the event to all registered participants. Registration donations are non-refundable. If lightning or inclement weather arrives while the event is underway, play will be suspended for the safety of all participants. Play will either continue after a brief delay, or be suspended for the rest of the day and winners will be determined based on standings at that point.

We take the privacy of your information seriously. To process your order, certain service providers have access to your address, email and phone, but only for the purpose of completing your donation and for internal tracking purposes. You will not be contacted by these service providers except in the case of questions or issues regarding your donation.
