General Information

Registration

Please register using the online registration link on this site. This year we are able to accept credit card payments online. Please remember that registration is not complete until after your donation has been received. If you are using cash or a check, please mail it to the tournament committee as soon as possible to ensure your place in the tournament is reserved.

Attire

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Only soft spikes are allowed on the greens. You may want to bring rain gear just in case.

Parking & Other Services

There is ample parking adjacent to the clubhouse. The putting green and pro shop will be open prior to the event start. The driving range will not be available for use.

Weather

In the event of inclement weather that prevents play from beginning, a rain-date will be announced the morning of the event to all registered participants. Registration donations are non-refundable. If lightning or inclement weather arrives while the event is underway, play will be suspended for the safety of all participants. Play will either continue after a brief delay, or be suspended for the rest of the day and winners will be determined based on standings at that point.
